Attention Industry: Learn How to Leverage UConn to Advantage

industryopenhouse1Whether your operation is a large multinational corporation or a modest-size startup, UConn can help you innovate, lower production and materials costs, improve plant efficiency, explore new technologies, license UConn-developed IP and improve your operation.

UConn engineering faculty aren’t just teachers and researchers! They’re inventors, entrepreneurs and capable collaborators who can help your company grow and get noticed.

UConn Engineering is hosting its First Annual Industry Open House on Friday, November 1, 2013 so you can come and learn more about the “Quiet Corner’s” best kept secret. For details and to register, please visit the event website: http://www.engr.uconn.edu/industryopenhouse/.

The half-day event will feature an informal networking forum, during which visitors will have the opportunity to speak with more than 60 engineering faculty members and to view posters highlighting commercially promising research underway at UConn.

For those who wish to engage in more intensive discussions one-on-one with faculty researchers, we will offer reserved “speed dating” sessions that will enable you to explore points of possible collaboration.
